What to Know
Getting Peacock on Fire TV Devices
Peacock is a streaming service from NBC Universal that provides access to a lot of old favorites, like The Office, but it isn’t available from the Fire TV app store. Fire TV is built on Android though, which means a lot of Android TV apps run just fine if you sideload them.
The process of sideloading Peacock TV is more complicated than just grabbing an app from the official app store, but it isn’t that difficult. Everything is done directly on the Fire TV device without any need to jailbreak it or even connect it to a computer.
Here’s how to get Peacock TV on your Fire TV device:
If you’ve already turned on sideloading and installed the Downloader app in the past, you can skip directly to step three.
