It is difficult to come up with a specific solution to this problem. But you can try a couple of simple solutions that can fix this issue.
Refresh Connection / Reboot Device
Most of the time, turn the Bluetooth connect off and then turning it on again should fix the problem. Some times you might need to reboot your device to fix it. You can turn off Bluetooth connection from the Quick Settings, or go to the Settings.
If that doesn’t work, you might want to reboot your device. Press and hold the Power button and select Restart from the Power menu.
Clear Paired Devices
Sometimes clearing the list of paired devices can fix this connectivity issue. To do so,
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Open Connections.
Step 3: Tap on Bluetooth.
Step 4: Under Paired Devices, select the gear icon and then tap on Unpair.
Step 5: Do this for all the paired devices.
Disable Dual Audio
You might be unable to connect to a Bluetooth headphone because of the Dual Audio feature. This lets you connect to 2 Bluetooth devices at once. It might be possible that the headphone you’ve connected to has its volume lowered. You might want to turn it off and see if it fixes the issue.
Step 1: Open Settings.
Step 2: Go to Connections.
Step 3: Select Bluetooth.
Step 4: Tap on Advanced located at the top right corner.
Step 5: Disable Dual Audio.
Force Stop / Clear Cache / Clear data
Step 2: Tap on Apps.
Step 3: Tap on More (3-dot icon) from the top right corner.
Step 4: Select Show system apps.
Step 5: Find the Bluetooth app. Tap on it.
Step 6: Tap on Force Stop.
Step 7: To clear cache, tap on Storage, and then on the Clear Cache button.
Step 8: to clear data, tap on the Clear Data button.
