Here’s how to pull the unread messages in all of your folders and display them together on one screen. These instructions apply to Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Mail Classic on the web.

  • In regular Yahoo Mail: Select Sort > Unread.In Yahoo Mail Basic: Click the sorting drop-down menu and select Unread.In either version: Type is:unread in the search box at the top of the page.

To see unread emails in all your Yahoo Mail folders:

  • Click the Sort menu in the upper-right corner of the mail window.
  • Click Unread in the next menu.
  • All of your unread messages move to the top of your inbox, with the most recent ones on top.
