This article explains how to direct replies to an Outlook email to a special address. The instructions apply to Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, and Outlook for Microsoft 365.

How to Direct Replies to a Special Address in Outlook
When you want replies to your email messages to go to a different account than the one that you sent the email from, change the reply-to address. In Outlook, you can specify a special Reply-To address for each email you send.
Here’s how to have replies to an email go to an address different from the one used to send the message in Outlook:
- Create a new email message.
- In the message window, go to the Options tab.
- In the More Options group, select Direct Replies To.
- In the Delivery options section, select the Have replies sent to check box and enter the email address where you want to receive replies.
- Select Close to apply the reply-to email address and close the window.
You can also set a default Reply-To: address for each Outlook account.
